Elite Body Sculpture (EBS) is growing and in search of rockstar paid media manager with hands-on management experience in Paid Search (SEM) and Social. This individual will be a core member of the growth marketing team, reporting to the head of growth marketing.  He/she is a motivated individual with a marketing mind with an appetite for continuous learning. He/she has a passion for leveraging and interpreting data to drive media optimization strategies. He/she wants to be an integral part of a small team and are ready to chart their own path.

This role requires a hands-on person who is ready to drive sales and revenue upward. The person will manage a six figure+ monthly marketing budget and assets for all channels, then deploy those assets to meet company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to drive new user acquisition while increasing ROAS.

  • Strategize and ideate best practices for retargeting campaigns maximizing revenue

  • Hands-on campaign development across SEM and socials ad platforms.

  • Day to day campaign optimization strategy to improve performance and meet and exceed the company’s goals. Real-time analysis of campaign performance, results and derived insights

  • Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and changes in the industry and environment that could impact the overall success of paid media campaigns.

  • Maintain the highest level of knowledge and understanding of the paid media ad ecosystem by staying informed of changes in the ad auction, ad formats, campaign objectives, and bid strategies.

  • Develop strategies, and oversee and execute initiatives to increase paid media traffic

  • Develop a detailed reporting and ROI analysis to ensure all accounts are hitting revenue and ROI targets

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting

  • Researching third-party digital vendor opportunities and making strategic recommendations

About You:

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a firm knowledge of the primary online marketing strategies: paid search, social platforms, targeting, and retargeting. Responsible for developing, setup, execute and optimize paid media campaigns ongoingly. Robust in different technology platforms to support optimization and campaign management. Excellent communication and research skills are essential to the success of this position. The Digital Paid Media Manager must have the ability to work across multiple accounts on a daily basis, efficiently organizing workflows and delivering on deadlines.

  •  1-2 years of current and hands-on paid media ( Facebook & Google) Advertising experience
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

  • A comprehensive understanding of Facebook’s and Google ad auction, general advertising ecosystem, best practices, bid and optimization strategies, and campaign objectives

  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook business manager, and AdWords editor

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive

  • Excellent verbal communication

  • Excellent writing and creative content skills

  • Strong work ethic

  • Effective time management in a professional setting

  • Able to work independently and in a collaborative environment

  • Able to handle many projects for many brands in an ongoing fashion and being up to speed on all the details

  • Innovative, passionate and a person who loves to be “in the weeds” with data
